Encourage students to utilize Impact Center resources:

  • Professional development workshops and networking opportunities. Build our workshops into your curriculum to enhance your students learning experience.
  • Inform students about Impact Center Resources:
    • Individual career advising
    • Applying for a High Impact Experience Grant
    • Searching and applying for on-campus student jobs
    • Scheduling the virtual interview room
    • Utilizing the free Professional Clothing Closet

Posting an on campus job on Handshake ensure equitable access to job opportunities for all Muskingum students. Follow the instructions to post a job on Handshake here.

Campus employers can be notified when a job posting receives new applicants by customizing Handshake notifications.

The Human Resources Office manages the student work authorization process.

Faculty and staff who learn about job or internship opportunities that would benefit Muskingum students can easily share them with the Impact Center using our online submission form. Once the form is submitted, the Impact Center team will post the opportunity on our Jobs & Internships page, and share it directly with students who may be a good fit. This process ensures that valuable opportunities reach students quickly and efficiently.
