A complete list of participating vendors will be published on the Impact Center website and shared with students prior to the event.
Impact Fair events are FREE to all vendors!
Registration includes a 5X2 table, two chairs, coffee/water and snacks. Vendors will have access to electricity and Wi-Fi.
The Impact Fair begins at 10 am and ends at 1 pm. Vendors may begin set-up at 9:00 am.
We recommend bringing an ample supply of business cards, promotional materials, and any giveaways you wish to distribute to students. Please bring your own table cover. A limited supply of table coverings will be available.
Prior to registering, please review our employer policies including the Impact Fair Vendor Policy which covers permitted materials and giveaways, weather related cancellations or delays, and our vendor cancellation policy.
Additional information, including parking and arrival information, will be emailed to your point-of-contact after registration.
