As our next Line Lead – Medical Devices, you will play a critical role in the safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing of wearable medical devices. You will lead day‑to‑day production floor activities while working hands‑on with the team, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), lean manufacturing principles, and safety requirements in a regulated medical device environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assigning production operators to specific tasks and balancing workloads within the assigned area
- Training production operators on job tasks, processes, and standardized work instructions
- Supporting and executing quick changeovers to minimize downtime
- Communicating production issues, equipment concerns, and resource needs to the Group Leader or Supervisor
- Maximizing productive time to achieve departmental goals related to efficiency, output, and on‑time delivery
- Ensuring compliance with all safety rules, GMP requirements, and lean manufacturing guidelines
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S and lean principles
- Recommending and participating in Kaizen / continuous improvement initiatives
- Performing leadership responsibilities while also working directly on the production line
- Supporting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
